Another place that we visited in Köln was a Museum of chocolate. It is partly a museum and partly a chocolate "factory" because we could see maschines and workers during the process of making. And we could taste : - ) There is a special greenhouse as well, where they can plant cocoa trees and other plants for making ingredients. There is a system that is able to keep needed clima - temperature and moisture, everything automatically. So what would you like to taste? Chilli-chocolate, pepper-chocolate, cardamon-chocolate; or would you prefer chocolate in a shape of sardines, ball, bear, mobile phone, watch, chocolate-pipe...? Everything possible...
